We have been so thankful for the Learning Tree. We transitioned our little guy from a stay at home nanny to daycare for the first time and we were looking for a place that felt as much like home as possible. We love all of the teachers and have been so grateful for their care and attention. One specific highlight is the time to take "field trips" to the post office, library, fire station, train station, grocery store, and even dance studio. We know our little guy is getting all kinds of amazing experiences, learning to share with others, and feeling loved all the while.
My son attended The Learning Tree Preschool in West Roxbury from 15 months to 3 years of age. Choosing early childhood care is a daunting task, and our son was the third of three children in our family to be enrolling into a daycare/preschool program. From his very first day, we knew we had made the right decision. The Learning Tree offers an incredibly loving and nurturing environment, with emphasis on play and gentle nudging toward learning that has made a profound positive impact on our son's toddlerhood. The owners and teachers display an extraordinary warmth and love toward all of the children, which our son also reciprocated to his teachers and the other students. He made genuine bonds with his classmates and preschool staff. The teachers communicate daily through an app, regularly uploading photos and videos so we were able to peek in on his smiling face each day. We were also able to send messages through the app, and the teachers were extremely fast to respond. The facility itself is adorable, with clean and fun spaces full of enriching activities, and a cute new outdoor play space. My child was excited to run into school each morning, and it was comforting to head to work knowing he was cared for so lovingly. I cannot recommend The Learning Tree Preschool enough. It has been a joy watching my son learn and grow here.
